We have one of the top facilities in the world with dedicated plants for PLA and PE coating on cup boards suitable for high-quality paper cup manufacturing. We use premium-quality base cupboards from various mills across India and Asia to convert them into excellent-quality Jumbo reels/bottom reels after PE/PLA/BioPBS Coating as required.

  • Base cup board GSM: 140-320 GSM
  • LDPE coating GSM: 12-25 GSM
  • PLA Coating GSM: 25 GSM
  • BioPBS coating GSM: 18-25 GSM
They are available in reel/sheet/fan form with excellent packing.

PE Coated Paper

By fusing superior sealability with structural integrity, we produce various products and substrates with multicolor printing designed to provide flexible solutions ranging from portion packs for dry food and disposable paper pouches to medical equipment and gloves outer packing pouches. We offer PE-coated paper reels with excellent custom-designed multicolor printing. These reels run flawlessly on FFS (Form, Fill & Seal) machines for portion packs like Sugar/Salt/Pepper, etc.

PE/ Bio Coated Packaging Board

Packaging Boards for disposable food packaging & service-ware product applications require water resistance, Oil & Grease Resistance with excellent fiber peel-off sealability. It is compatible with cold and hot melt glue with serration. We offer PE Coated Paper Boards that would suffice all these specifications as the most suitable option for Packaging Board requirements to manufacture food service products like Plates & Trays, Tubs & Bowls, containers with Lids, Monocartons for deep freeze packaging, etc. They are designed to provide superior performance on high-speed printing and converting lines.
